On olemassa pieni huhu, joka kertoo, että Maidenin 2008 kiertueen toisen osan lämppäri on mahdollisesti Judas Priest.
judaspriest.com wrote:The Judas Priest Machine will be rolling out on the road again next year - the tour starts in June 2008 - dates to be announced shortly!!!!

(please note that only when dates are announced here on our website are they actually official and confirmed!!)
Samaan aikaa alkaa Maidenin kiertueen toinen osa.
Maidenfans.com wrote:Classic metalheads get ready to salivate as Judas Priest's K.K. Downing has told fans that he suspects a joint tour with Iron Maiden may be in the offing some time in the future. Just when? Who knows. Devil horns are flying just at the idea!

Being the good bloke that he is, K.K. takes time out of his busy life (mostly recording the new Priest album " Nostradamus") to answer fan questions via his website in a section brilliantly named "Ask K.K." In the latest installment aside from being hit up about going to some guy's gig, and talking about his idol Jimi Hendrix, K.K. was asked a couple questions by a fan with cruel parents named Igor. Now Igor started off with the usual kissing up and went on to ask a question about the band's videos that we won't even bother to repeat, but he did end with a great question about the possible teaming up of Judas Priest and Iron Maiden for a co-headlining tour. He asked "do you think Priest and Maiden would ever do a tour where each of you would play a full set? Both bands would play the same length of time and you could rotate who goes first and second. You could cap it off with all of you playing a duet from each band's catalogue. I could only imagine you with the Flying V and Janick Gers with his Strat together battling Eddie on stage during The Sentinel and The Evil that Men Do. Any possibility of this ever happening?"

To this K.K. responded: "As for playing with Maiden, I am sure that it is inevitable but when and where maybe only Nostradamus had the answer to that one". [hum, should we read more into that answer? Will it happen on the tour promoting that album? We can start rumors as easily as the next guy]
IMOC wrote:Judas Priest , because their "as of yet" unnanounced tour starts in June... and the first date looks like to be when they join Maiden at Gods of metal on the 29th.
Judas Priest on Gods of Metal 2008 festivaalin yhdeksi pääesiintyjä.

Toisaalta tuo olisi varmaan sovittu ennen lippujen tuloa myyntiin, mikä puolestaan olisi vaikuttanut lippujen hintoihin.

The Beast niminen käyttäjä oli postannut FC:n foorumille aika mielenkiintoisen jutun.
The Beast wrote:Unbelievable...Ive just read this in Januarys METAL HAMMER

Iron Maiden front man Bruce Dickinson recently announced that in assosiation with Metal Hammer, he`ll be offering services to and from selected shows during the bands gloal-spanning Somewere Back In Time Tour extravaganza - piloted by himself...etc etc etc

The flights he says are booked are:-

Bologna for Gods of Metal

Lisbon

Wacken

and PROBABLY Trondheim

Bruce says:- "Weve got four planned but also maybe another one to BUDAPEST and one to Prague. Again, i dont want to put six on sale. Its a lot of tickets. There are 1400 seats on the ones weve got planned, so there`ll be four on sale for now"

Budapest...mmm..interesting...nothing announced for that yet!!

oh yeah... he said the FC would get first grabs on the tickets...for about a week or so before the rest of the world!!

Ainoa este tilaamiselle on luottokortin puute. Jos joku on tilaamassa lippuja toiselle keikalle ja voisi tilata samalla minulle. Voin kyllä maksaa vaivannäöstä.

Ottakaa yhteyttä s-postilla tai yv:llä. Kiitos.

Muistetaan nyt ne puheet Megadethista lämppäämässä Maidenia 2005. Oli kyllä helvetin kova Maidenin lämppäri! Toki Priestikin varmasti salettiin tulee!

Please note that a £100 deposit per person is required to secure your seat. To keep the cost as low as possible, the above costs are based on a fully booked plane trip. In the unlikely event that there is a large number of seats not held 10 weeks prior to the trip date the trip will be cancelled and your deposit refunded in full or you will offered a place on another trip.
Details of when the full remaining balance is due on each individual trip is on the www.seegigs.co.uk website.

Says Flight Captain Dickinson "Following on from the terrific success of previous sorties by Flight 666 to such diverse destinations as Reykjavik, Paris, Stockholm. Milan, Belgrade, Dublin and Oslo we've decided to push the "boat" (plane) out and give people a selection of daytrips and one and two day stopovers and in the case of the Wacken trip, a voluntary personal Armageddon for the masochists among you!

I will of course be piloting each trip along with the wonderful help of my flight crew and the long suffering guys from International Concert Travel (ICT) and of course I will be attending my own 50th Birthday Party on the aptly named 'Birthday Bomber' to Warsaw which everyone on the flight will be invited.

All flights are inclusive of tea, coffee and a hot snack but alcoholic beverages are charged separately, although you'll need to be quick as these are normally sold out and drank before we've even left UK airspace!

As on previous trips you'll get the highly sought after 'Bruce Air' Bag with all it's assorted goodies including a personally signed certificate to commemorate your flight experience. In addition at the Trondheim, Warsaw and Prague, which are Maiden headline shows (and not festivals) we will arrange for you to be given early entry to the venue so that you are right up front at the stage barrier before the doors open to the public. This is in addition to the Iron Maiden Fan Club first to the barrier competitions run locally on the Maiden website.
And your last thought was that you have become a noise a thin, nameless noise, among all these others howling in the empty dark room.

Vidhu sentään, mehän ollaan Praguessa kokonaiset 33h paikanpäällä ennen seuraavaa maata, nih kylhän siinä kerkee ajeleen pirssillä paikasta A, paikkaan B. Eli taxilla muuten ihan varmaan hotellista HB:siin mennään. Oli matka sitten mikä. Tuutko kyytiin, tarjoan vielä oluenkin  Kuten tapana on ollut niin, kierros tarjotaan HB:ssä vanhaan malliin.
