Yes!!! International hockey-thread!

Canada was a really a shadow from itself yesterday and Finland did what they needed to win them. Not a best game from Finland and definetly a let down from Canada. I think we'll see angry Canada against our lovely neighbour Sweden in half quater finals (is that a right way to say it?

)

And I think Finland will beat USA. Keep your eyes on Jarkko Ruutu, there will be no mercy left for the million dollar stars (Jagr, next time keep your head up

)!

And Finland is in Semi Finals, great job boys! Mr referee did anything he could that Finland could'nt have won, but it's a relief that it wasn't enough.

Great match! My heart is still beating after the third period...really exciting and enjoyable game 'til the last whistle. Antero Niittymäki and Ville Peltonen are going to be hot names in hockey world after this. Referee sucked a btw, I didn't see anything wrong that Saku Koivu did, but there he was, three times in a penalty-box! But now we just head for the gold!

Is it going to be Nagano all over again? Will the medals go for European teams only? We'll see...
